Shipping and returns

When will my order ship?

If the item is premade then it ships within 48 hours. If the garment is made to order, then it takes approximately 5-6 weeks from purchase date to arrival date.

What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns and the reason for this is because we run on such limited stock. If you are worried about sizing, please refer to the size charts or reach out to our customer service by sending an email to thecorruptkid@gmail.com

Ordering and delivery

How does the sizing work?

Every garment is listed with a custom made size chart. We reccomend to use a piece of clothing that you own and compare to the measurements on the size chart. All garments are pre-shrunk unless stated otherwise in the description.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at thecorruptkid@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if the order was flagged as fraudulent. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via thecorruptkid@gmail.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

If your order has not been processed yet then we can definitely alter it. Please use our contact page to reach out to customer service.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to every country. International shipping is calculated at checkout and we have no control over the cost because it is based on the item's weight and size. International orders do not have to worry about customs fees.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Most domestic orders are between $5.00-$12.00. International shipping prices are generally $20 or more.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. Also, use the Track My Order page to see the live update of your package on the map.
